new group to watch out for. they have a 'rock/pop' feel to them. if you didn't already know, one of the guys in the band is from 'you're beautiful' drama. i didn't become interested in the band because of him, but mainly because i've heard of them before Yung JongHwa was featured in the drama. they first debuted in japan and now they'll be releasing their first single in south korea. keep an eye out for them. here's a teaser of them.

Alright. Need to vent. Since I'm a 2pm supporter, I'm going to be a little biased on this post. As you know the current controversy that Netizens had dug up from 2pm's leader JaeBum myspace managed to grab the attention of other netizens, claiming him an anti-Korean for posting an anti-korean msg on his post. He came right out admitted to it, explained it and also apologized for it and netizens don't care. They're basically attacking him for everything they can get their sneaky little hands on. They were attacking him recently for not knowing how to sing the national anthem. Heck, I don't even know my own anthem most of the times, that doesn't make me less of a Canadian. To go as far as signing a petition for his suicide is just ridiculous. That shit should be an offense and that creator of the petition should be jailed for it. Hey maybe I should just create a petition for the creator of that petition to go hang him/herself?

Couldn't think of a better title. Lack of creativity. But then who needs to be creative with blog titles? I don't know what it is. Sometimes I feel I have this anger problem. Like for example, if I become irritated, I'm one of those that like to try and contain it, but turns out, I'm taking it out on my pillow or some random unfortunate object that happens to be placed in my way.

That's why I take my aggression on video games. I find it's the best aggression reliever. Another one of those days. I'm off to play my video game...

i need to rant.

just totally pissed off at the lack of common fudgin' sense these days. you know who you are, and i really hope you learn from your fudgin' mistakes. you say you don't want to have kids, then why the hell did you go off acting carelessly? not just carelessly but you're fudgin' irresponsible! now that you find out your pregnant, you're just going to simply say 'I'm gonna get rid of it' it's not an 'it.' it's apart of you! it isn't something you can just unknowingly create and simply disregard. but then again, i can't sit here and judge you, all i can do is pray that one day, you'll find your fudgin' common sense.

Joo Ji Hoon & drugs

Alright. Another posting regarding drugs. Seems lately that's all I can blog about. This time however has more to do with a particular Korean star that I admire & respect since his first debut back in 2006 as the character 'Shin' which was adapted from the popular manhwa Goong(Princess Hours). I know he's a smoker from the start but that didn't put me off even the slightest bit. I still enjoyed watching him on screen as an actor. Besides, there are numerous of male stars who smokes. What I recently discovered didn't exactly shocked me but surprised me nevertheless. I never thought he'd resort to...*drum rolls...dun..dun..dun....

Drugs!

Yes. Drugs.

The respect and admiration that I had for him, stooped to level 1. It's almost heartbreaking that he had to make that choice and get caught for it. Not only is he caught as a person, but as a star as well. That's damage control on your star status.

Gosh. I shouldn't be upset. Really, I shouldn't. But it's rather sad. Sad that it had to come down to this.

And yet again, I wonder...why do people always say 'what is this world coming to?' It's not the world as a whole, it's the people who live in it. So why can't I ask? 'what are humans turning into?' lol

weedism & cheap buffets

Happy April 20th! a.k.a 4/20 a.k.a the national 'Weedism' day.

Perhaps it's more so a 'Canadian' thing but this is the day when all the 'Weedtards' get together and smoke doogies all day. How enjoyable is that? Lol. And no, I am not lacking sarcasm. Mind you, marijuana can be used for medical purposes so I'm not entirely against it, if it serves its purpose to help someone with health issues.

On with another rant of mine...

Cheap Chinese buffets and why they attract the seniors (gotta love 'em).

- convenience
- inexpensive
- quantity over quality
- senior's discounts

It was just what I was thinking when I decided on a cheap lunch buffet---minus the seniors discounts. I was sitting there, chowing down started questioning myself. Just what the hell am I doing dining amidst the older crowd? It's totally random----yet unusual of me. Technically, it's not unusual since I do buffets when I can't decide what to eat, but it's due to the fact that I'm going broke. Damn bills. I wish during a time like this that everything could be a tad bit cheaper. Saves me from settling with cheap, edible and unsatisfying meals. I could've cooked. But I cooked the whole damn weekend. I thought I deserved a 'goin-out' meal. Besides it's only lunch, no harm done and definitely no damage to my wallet. So I thought, 'so what?' so what if I paid 5.99 for an all-u-can-eat meal?

My answer to that is...

Bang for your buck, darlin'.
